Jennifer Welch is the best! She went above and beyond. We had an odd situation with the survey on our selling property and she was able to handle it where I feel like not many others could have or would have. Our lender also commented on how well she knew the lending side of the transaction making it easy to communicate between all parties. She is fantastic. We recently bought our house, and Jennifer was hands down the best realtor we have dealt with. She is very knowledgeable, and was always a text or call away.
